within their 56 days. Now you understand the concept, the mission, and the values,
the question is, how do our existing and new clients sign up for Y-56?
YARD 56 WEBSITE PAGE.
We’ve created a dedicated YARD 56 landing page that lives directly on theyardgym.com (and tygtraining.com for all TYG Training Studios). All YARD 56 marketing including social posts, ads, EDMs and creative assets will link back to this single page, giving us one clear and consistent destination for all traffic across the entire network.
This page will be the central hub for both new and existing clients to learn about YARD 56 and register their interest.
EXISTING CLIENT JOURNEY.
01. A client clicks through from a YARD 56 social post, ad or email.
02. They land on the YARD 56 page on theyardgym.com (tygtraining.com for all TYG Training Studios) to learn about Y56.
03. They sign up by selecting their TYG location and fill out the form.
04. Leads automatically enter your challenge pipeline within Elevate. All leads funnel into Member Lead (no purchase).
05. An SMS will be sent with a link to complete their registration through Mindbody.
06. The client pays the full upfront fee of $112 (equivalent to $2 per day for 56 days).
07. Member who completes payment, will funnel into the Challenge Purchased column.
08. If a Member does not complete the payment they will stay in Member Lead
(no purchase) to be contacted.
NEW CLIENT JOURNEY.
01. A client clicks through from a YARD 56 social post, ad or email.
02. They land on the YARD 56 page on theyardgym.com (tygtraining.com for all TYG Training Studios) to learn about Y56.
03. They sign up by selecting their TYG location and fill out the form.
04. Leads automatically enter your challenge pipeline within Elevate. All leads funnel into Member Lead
(no purchase).
05. An SMS will be sent with a link to complete their registration through Mindbody.
06. FOH must follow up with the lead to sign them up
to a TYG membership before completing their YARD 56 purchase.
07. Once they have signed up for a membership, the client will also need to pay the full upfront fee of $112 (equivalent to $2 per day for 56 days).
08. Member who completes payment will funnel into the Challenge Purchased column.
YARD WEEKLY
MUST DO’S.

Collect weekly progress photos.
Track class attendance and sessions .
Post, engage, communicate with your Y-56 clients.
Facilitate 1 x weekly discomfort challenge (HQ-provided or locally created) Assign accountability teams.
Trainers are the front line. Their energy, language, and follow-up will drive completion. Lead from the floor.
DAILY SOCIAL MEDIA TAG.
Daily social media tagging and posting is a core part of YARD 56 and plays a key role in both accountability and eligibility throughout the challenge.

Each daily post is a public commitment. It exists to: Increase community visibility, make disciplined behavior contagious, reinforce consistency through accountability
TYG NOTE: If a client’s account is private or they are posting to a small/no audience, this is still considered a win. Proof will be shown through the participants archive

Every post should communicate one message: “I showed up today.” Content does not need to be polished. Effort, discomfort, and presence matter more than production quality.

Use the daily tracker PNG that will be included in your Member Kit.

Your members will have access to a set of individual rule tiles, each with a tick already applied. These are provided as PNG overlays so they can easily add them to their stories and posts throughout the challenge.
They can use as many as they like each day. For example Isolation, Discomfort or Train Yard, to show which rules you’ve completed and keep track of your progress.

A custom YARD 56 creative sticker pack is available for your members to overlay on their stories, featuring fun, unique, YARD 56 branded stickers designed to track your progress, highlight your wins, and keep you accountable throughout the challenge.

A custom accountability tracker has been designed to help your members tick off each day across all 56 days and give them a clear bird’s-eye view of where they’re at and how far they’ve got to go, building on the daily tracking they’re already doing, but designed to show their full journey from start to finish.
